Design & Build MEP, ELV, Electrical, Medical Engineering The project intends conversion of 4 villas (existing core and shell) in to a professional medical and non-medical long term care on high quality level to elderly people and intensive ventilated patients in a non-hospital environment with 50 patient beds.The facility consists out of 4 residential villas, which will be located in a compound surrounded by a green park environment.The facility includes different types of 50 patient bed rooms reaching from comfortable-sized studios up to dedicated long term ICUs.
