Design & Build Pre-Fab, MEP, Medical Engineering and Civil Work Design and build 220 beds Hospital with hybrid structure, this project is a hybrid utilizing central core built as conventional and modular construction for the rest of the areas. The main contract scope was design and build including all MEP, Medical Equipment and Medical Engineering including Medical Gas Piped System, Operating Theatre, Nurse Call System, Pneumatic Tube System, Isolated Power Supply system, Bed Head Unit & Pendant, testing and commissioning as turnkey complete solution.
